Our client, a leading organization in manufacturing, is seeking an Associate Manufacturing Technician - 2nd Shift to join their team. As an Associate Manufacturing Technician - 2nd Shift, you will be part of the manufacturing operations supporting production and quality assurance teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, strong teamwork skills, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Associate Manufacturing Technician - 2nd Shift-Onsite

Location:Miami, FL

Pay Range:$24.20 2nd shift

What's the Job?

  • Execute the daily production schedule for changeovers, reviews, or packaging using manual and automated processes.
  • Follow standard operating procedures and good document practices to ensure quality and compliance.
  • Work independently and collaboratively to complete all assigned manufacturing tasks daily.
  • Understand and carry out instructions provided in written, oral, or diagram form with accuracy.
  • Communicate status updates effectively to department Leads and Supervisors to ensure smooth operations.

What's Needed?

  • At least 1-2 years of related experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Basic math skills to perform measurements and calculations accurately.
  • Ability to stand, walk, and handle objects or tools regularly throughout the shift.
  • Physical capability to lift and move up to 10 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds occasionally.
  • Strong attention to safety protocols and willingness to work near moving mechanical parts and hazardous chemicals with proper PPE.
