Our client is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Technician to join their team. As a Quality Technician, you will be an integral part of the Quality Assurance Department supporting production units, external vendors, and laboratory teams. What's the Job?
- Provide technical support to production units, vendors, and quality laboratories to ensure compliance with quality systems and regulatory standards.
- Assist in conducting tests on packaging components, bulk materials, and finished goods to maintain product quality.
- Support adherence to FDA and ISO guidelines, including SOPs, audits, and documentation requirements.
- Participate in statistical sampling and analysis to identify areas for process improvement.
- Contribute to color matching and quality assessment processes to ensure product consistency and excellence.
What's Needed?
- Bachelor’s Degree in a Science field or equivalent experience in manufacturing with a focus on quality.
- Experience with compliance to FDA and ISO guidelines, including SOPs, auditing, and documentation.
- Knowledge of statistical sampling and testing procedures for packaging and finished products.
- Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
- Experience in the beauty industry or related fields is highly desirable.
