Our client, a leading organization in distribution and logistics, is seeking an ENG Industrial Engineer II to join their team. As an ENG Industrial Engineer II, you will be part of the Distribution Operations team supporting process improvements, project management, and operational performance analysis. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, proactive problem-solving, and effective communication, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?
- Identify, quantify, and communicate opportunities for improvement within the distribution network.
- Coordinate and manage the implementation of process improvements and best practices.
- Establish and maintain engineered labor standards and performance incentive programs.
- Support and communicate with store support groups and Distribution Centers to enhance operational efficiency.
- Provide analysis, reporting, and interpretation of distribution performance metrics to management teams.
What's Needed?
- Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
- Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), SAP, or similar systems.
- Strong analytical, process design, and problem-solving skills.
- Exposure to Lean Six Sigma methodologies is highly desirable.
- Ability to support and train employees on new systems and processes.
