Our client, a leading organization in healthcare technology solutions, is seeking a Help Desk Support Representative to join their team. As a Help Desk Support Representative, you will be part of the Customer Support team supporting technical service delivery and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a proactive mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?

  • Provide first-line technical support to customers, addressing hardware and software issues efficiently and professionally.
  • Assist with the intake, testing, and shipment of technology hardware and peripherals for new implementations, repairs, and refurbishing.
  • Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to ensure timely delivery and resolution of technical requests.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of support requests, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions to ensure continuous improvement.
  • Support applications across various operating systems and devices, including computers, tablets, and smartphones.

What's Needed?

  • Desktop and/or Help Desk experience, with the ability to type while communicating with customers.
  • Understanding of Windows operating systems, PC imaging, networking, and hardware troubleshooting.
  • Exceptional communication and organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritize incidents and requests in a fast-paced environment, adhering to deadlines.
  • Physical ability to lift and carry equipment weighing up to 50 lbs., with occasional heavier lifting.
