Our client, a leading organization in the financial services industry, is seeking a Senior AI Program/Project Manager for Communications Surveillance to join their team. As a Senior AI Program/Project Manager for Communications Surveillance, you will be part of the Data and AI Program supporting the Communications Surveillance Group. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, proactive mindset, excellent communication abilities, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Senior AI Program/Project Manager for Communications Surveillance

Location:Iselin, New Jersey

Pay Range:$70.00/hour, w2 

What's the Job?

  • Support strategic AI-enabled Communications Surveillance initiatives within the Communications Surveillance Group.
  • Drive day-to-day execution across multiple workstreams, ensuring project milestones are met on schedule.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, schedules, and governance documentation.
  • Coordinate stakeholders across Business, Compliance, Technology, Data Science, Operations, Risk, and Control teams.
  • Prepare executive status reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate project health and progress.

What's Needed?

  • 5+ years of experience in Business Execution, Project Management, or related fields.
  • Proven track record managing large-scale, cross-functional programs.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong ability to drive accountability and follow through on commitments.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
