Our client, a leading organization in the marketing operations sector, is seeking a Business Analyst 4 to join their team. As a Business Analyst 4, you will be part of the Marketing Services Center supporting large-scale global marketing activities. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills, adaptability, and a proactive mindset, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Program Manager / Business Analyst

Location: 100% REMOTE (PST Preferred)

Pay Range:$50/hr Experis W2 + Benefits (NO C2C)

What's the Job?

• Review and approve contracts, cost proposals, and contract supplements to ensure compliance and accuracy.
• Manage project budgets, monitor expenditures, and predict potential overruns with proactive solutions.
• Coordinate leadership meetings, prepare agendas, and facilitate quarterly business reviews.
• Maintain project documentation, including business processes and work breakdown structures.
• Support transformation initiatives and operational priorities to enhance team efficiency and effectiveness.

What's Needed?

• Minimum of 6+ years of experience in business operations, program management, or strategy roles.
• Strong executive writing skills, including memos, decision briefs, and leadership summaries.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications: Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Planner, SharePoint.
• Experience supporting large, globally dispersed organizations and managing matrixed teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in business management, economics, finance, or a related field.
