Our client, a leader in the industrial sector, is seeking an Occupational Health Nurse II to join their team. As an Occupational Health Nurse II, you will be part of the Occupational Health Department supporting safety and health initiatives across the site. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills, proactive problem-solving abilities, and a compassionate approach to employee care, which will align successfully in the organization.

Pay Range: $40 to 45/ hr on w2
What's the Job?
- Provide occupational health services including treatment and care to the site population, such as First Aid response.
- Manage a variety of programs and systems related to employee health, injuries, illnesses, and workers' compensation cases.
- Oversee medical supplies and coordinate corporate occupational health and safety programs.
- Conduct employee training sessions and participate in site teams and emergency response activities.
- Collaborate closely with Environmental, Health and Safety (EH&S) and HR staff, as well as managers and supervisors.
What's Needed?
- Current RN license from the state of California.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- 2-4 years of relevant occupational health experience.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively with diverse teams and handle multiple priorities.
