Oracle Fusion Maintenance Management Functional Lead

Our client, a leader in the logistics and fleet management industry, is seeking a dedicated Oracle Fusion Maintenance Management Functional Lead to join their dynamic team. As a Oracle Fusion Maintenance Management Functional Lead, you will be an integral part of the Maintenance Support Department, collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance fleet operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, adaptability, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Oracle Fusion Maintenance Management Functional Lead

Location: Remote (with travel to Miami, FL)

What's the Job?

• Lead the configuration, design, and deployment of Oracle Fusion Maintenance Management solutions tailored for fleet management.
• Serve as the functional Subject Matter Expert (SME) for fleet maintenance processes, including preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance.
• Gather and document business requirements, translating them into effective Oracle Cloud Maintenance configurations and solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define maintenance strategies, work order processes, asset hierarchies, and schedules.
• Support data migration, testing, defect resolution, and deployment activities, ensuring seamless integration and system performance.

What's Needed?

• A minimum of five years of experience with Oracle ERP systems, including implementations and upgrades.
• Deep expertise in Fleet Management to support maintenance operations.
• Experience leading at least one full Oracle Cloud Financials implementation as a Functional or Project Lead.
• Strong verbal and analytical skills, with the ability to produce clear, publication-quality documentation.
• Knowledge of Oracle Cloud ERP system concepts and module functionalities.
