ServiceNow Application Architect

Our client is seeking a Servicenow Developer to join their team. As a Servicenow Developer, you will be part of the IT department supporting the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Servicenow Developer
Location: Madison, WI (Remote) - must be a CURRENT WI resident.
Duration; 12+ months with highly possible extension / conversion

What's the Job?

• Design, develop, and customize ServiceNow solutions to meet organizational needs
• Implement workflows, scripting, and integrations within ServiceNow modules
• Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless system configurations and automation
• Document system processes and configurations for ongoing support and improvements
• Serve as a technical expert and SME during platform implementation and support

What's Needed?

• 6-9 years of experience with JavaScript, HTML 5, CSS, Glide scripting, and SQL
• Proven experience with ServiceNow development, including scripting, workflows, and integrations
• Experience creating Business Rules and UI Policies within ServiceNow
• Demonstrated expertise in at least two ServiceNow modules (e.g., ITSM, ITAM, CSM)
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Math, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field
