Our client, a leading organization in the biotech and pharmaceutical industry, is seeking a Medical Device Customer Service Representative to join their team. As a Medical Device Customer Service Representative you will be supporting customer product complaints and the return process.
Job Title: Medical Device Customer Service Representative
Location:Santa Clara, CA
Pay Range:$32-37
Contract: 6 Months to start
What's the Job?
- Serve as the initial point of contact for external customer inquiries related to medical devices and equipment.
- Assist in the intake and triage of customer complaints, RMA requests, and general information inquiries.
- Ensure accurate documentation of customer interactions and requests in the system.
- Coordinate with internal teams to facilitate timely resolution.
- Maintain clear communication with customers regarding next steps and follow up until requests are resolved.
What's Needed?
- 3-5 years of prior experience in customer service, wit a focus in the biotech or pharma sectors.
- Proficiency with MS Office and experience working with ERP systems and Salesforce.
- Knowledge of RMA process
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to work effectively under deadlines and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
