Our client, a leading organization in the technology and innovation sector, is seeking a GenAI Developer to join their team. As a GenAI Developer, you will be part of the Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning department supporting cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, adaptability, and a collaborative mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?

  • Design, develop, and deploy Generative AI solutions using on-premises models and infrastructure to create new content and insights.
  • Leverage Large Language Models (LLMs), prompt engineering, ChatBots, and machine learning technologies to enhance organizational capabilities.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to build innovative GenAI solutions that meet business needs.
  • Implement and optimize natural language processing techniques for text generation and data analysis.
  • Engage in data preprocessing, feature engineering, and management of vector databases to support AI initiatives.

What's Needed?

  • At least 3 years of experience as an AIML Engineer with a focus on AI & GenAI projects.
  • Strong programming skills in Python, including experience with LangChain, LangGraph, Streamlit, and data science tools.
  • Knowledge of natural language processing for text generation and understanding.
  • Experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and vector database management.
  • Ability to work effectively in a hybrid schedule with a minimum of 3 days per week onsite in Newark, DE.
