Our client, a leading organization in the technology and infrastructure sector, is seeking a Tech Resiliency Specialist to join their team. As a Tech Resiliency Specialist, you will be part of the Technology Resilience program supporting infrastructure, cloud, application, database, cybersecurity, and platform teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a collaborative mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?
- Support the Technology Resilience program by partnering with various technical teams to improve response and recovery capabilities.
- Participate actively in technical discussions, understanding recovery challenges across multiple domains.
- Translate complex technical information into actionable insights for engineering teams and senior management.
- Assist in creating and analyzing recovery test reports and dashboards, including Snow BCM modules.
- Drive remediation efforts following incidents and recovery exercises to enhance organizational resilience.
What's Needed?
- Experience in infrastructure support, cloud operations, disaster recovery, backup and recovery, or related technical disciplines.
- Proficiency in technical support involving servers, databases, networking, storage, and cloud platforms.
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills with the ability to operate in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with advanced skills in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
- Experience with ServiceNow BCM modules and creating dashboards is a plus.
