Group Assistant

Our client, a leading organization in the technology sector, is seeking a Group Assistant to join their team. As a Group Assistant, you will be part of the Growth & Experience team supporting various team operations. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, proactive communication, and a collaborative mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Group Assistant
Location: Redmond, WA (100% on site)
Pay Range: $26-$28.70/hr
Duration: 3 months

What's the Job?

  • Provide general administrative support for the team, including coordinating meetings and events
  • Assist with department financial operations, personnel activities, and office supply procurement
  • Support team morale initiatives, space management, and logistics coordination
  • Manage device operations and assist with expense reporting
  • Enforce team policies and support day-to-day administrative tasks

What's Needed?

  • 1-3 years of administrative experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools such as Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams
  • Event, meeting, and logistics coordination experience
  • Expense management and expense reporting experience
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to handle multiple responsibilities and coordinate logistics effectively
