Our client, a leader in innovative healthcare solutions, is seeking a System Engineer to join their dynamic team. As a System Engineer, you will be part of the Research & Development department supporting cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, effective communication, and a collaborative mindset which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Service Engineer

Location: Skaneateles, NY. HYBRID (2-3 days onsite per week)

Pay Range:

What's the Job?

  • Design and develop processes, documentation, training, and workflows for product delivery, installation, support, and servicing
  • Collaborate with domestic and international R&D teams, product owners, and external partners to transfer service design to operations
  • Provide hands-on technical support during design phases and post-surveillance, including handling escalations
  • Develop and administer service engineering documentation throughout the product lifecycle
  • Participate in deployment, configuration, and upgrade activities, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations

What's Needed?

  • Associate degree with 2-5 years of relevant technical experience in an R&D environment
  • Strong knowledge of engineering disciplines and related fields
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, tracking systems such as DevOps and Jira
  • Ability to troubleshoot, solve problems, and work independently or collaboratively
  • Willingness to travel approximately twice during the project duration, including to Raleigh, NC, and Deerfield, IL
