Recruiter

Our client is seeking a Recruiter to join their team. As a Recruiter, you will be part of the Talent Acquisition Department supporting the growth of the Energy division. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills, proactive problem-solving, and a collaborative mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Recruiter

Location: Sparks, NV

What's the Job?

• Partner with business leaders and Hiring Managers to support operational and corporate hiring needs
• Manage full-cycle recruiting from intake meetings to onboarding new hires
• Develop innovative strategies to identify and attract top talent
• Coordinate interview processes, including screening, scheduling, and candidate selection
• Support diversity initiatives and maintain compliant hiring practices

What's Needed?

• Minimum of 5 years of corporate recruiting experience, including supervisory/management roles
• Experience sourcing candidates through multiple channels such as web, social networks, and professional platforms
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational skills with a self-starter attitude and diligent work ethic
• Knowledge of employment laws and experience with high-volume technical or operational recruiting
