Executive Assistant

Our client, a leading organization in the corporate and financial sector, is seeking a dedicated Executive Assistant to join their team. As an Executive Assistant, you will be an integral part of the Corporate Controller's Office and Tax leadership teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional organizational skills, proactive communication, and a strong sense of discretion, which will enable you to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Job Title: Executive Assistant

Location: El Segundo, CA. ONSITE

Duration: 6 Months contract with possible extension

Pay Range: $50/hr w2

What's the Job?

  • Manage a busy schedule, calendar, and correspondence for senior leadership, ensuring smooth daily operations and effective time management.
  • Coordinate meetings, prepare complex documents, reports, and presentations, and assist with special projects to support departmental goals.
  • Handle confidential information with integrity, exercise sound judgment, and act as a gatekeeper and gateway for executive needs.
  • Assist with data collection, communication with global teams, and organization of information for various meetings and reports.
  • Oversee office services, including booking meeting rooms, managing supplies, and supporting billing and budget tasks for the department.

What's Needed?

  • 7+ years of administrative experience supporting senior executives, preferably in a corporate environment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with experience working across multiple time zones and with international teams.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
  • Self-motivated, decisive, and capable of working independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced setting.
