Human Resources Representative

Our client, a leading organization in the semiconductor manufacturing industry, is seeking a Human Resources Representative to join their team. As a Human Resources Representative, you will be part of the People Services (Human Resources) department supporting the Boise, Idaho location. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a customer service-oriented mindset, and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Human Resources Representative

Location: Boise, Idaho 83716 (100% onsite)

Pay Range: $19-22/hr.

Job Type: 12-month contract with the potential for extension

Schedule: M-F 8am-5pm (flexible to be 7am-4pm)

What's the Job?

  • Deliver intake and escalated-tier HR guidance and solutions to People Leaders and employees.
  • Partner and collaborate with all People Team Centers of Excellence on specialized HR matters.
  • Manage onboarding processes, including preparing and retrieving necessary documents for new hires.
  • Maintain data accuracy and integrity across various People systems and tools.
  • Facilitate day-one orientation for new hires, ensuring a positive first-day experience.

What's Needed?

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
  • 2+ years of active HR experience preferred.
  • Working knowledge of HR systems and tools such as HRIS, SAP, Workday, or ServiceNow.
  • Strong customer service orientation with discretion in handling sensitive information.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally at all levels.
