E-commerce QA Lead

Our client is seeking a dedicated E-commerce QA Lead to join their dynamic team. As an E-commerce QA Lead, you will be an integral part of the Quality Assurance department supporting the e-commerce platform. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: E-commerce QA Lead

Location: Phoenix, AZ

What's the Job?

• Lead end-to-end testing of web applications, ensuring high-quality deliverables across UI, API, and integrated systems.
• Design, develop, and execute automation test scripts using tools such as Selenium, Cypress, or similar.
• Coordinate with onsite and offshore teams to facilitate seamless communication and collaboration.
• Verify and validate new features, functionalities, and enhancements to meet quality standards.
• Maintain comprehensive test documentation and report on testing progress and issues.

What's Needed?

• 8-10 years of experience in Functional Testing, with a focus on web applications.
• Proficiency in end-to-end testing, including UI, API, and backend testing.
• Hands-on experience with Automation Testing tools such as Selenium, Cypress, or similar.
• Strong understanding of test management tools and methodologies.
• Ability to adapt quickly and deliver on tight project schedules with creativity and problem-solving skills.
