IT Project Manager

Our client is seeking an IT Project Manager to join their team. As an IT Project Manager, you will be part of the project management team supporting global and US stakeholders across various functions. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: IT Project Manager

Location: New York, NY (In-office 3 days per week; hybrid work model)

What's the Job?

• Manage, document, and deliver project plans for a new brand acquisition within the Professional Products Division.
• Create and oversee project timelines using ServiceNOW or similar tools, ensuring seamless integration across global and local teams.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including operations, supply chain, finance, IT, cybersecurity, and retail systems to meet project objectives.
• Support senior leadership by preparing presentations and summarizing project status, risks, and milestones.
• Work collaboratively through governance processes to secure stakeholder alignment and ensure project success.

What's Needed?

• 5-7 years of experience in project management, particularly in systems implementation projects.
• Proficiency in creating and managing timelines in ServiceNOW or comparable project management tools.
• Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Teams, Outlook).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience presenting to senior leadership.
• Ability to work effectively across diverse teams and manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment.
