Our client, a leading organization in the financial services industry, is seeking an IT Business Analyst III to join their team. As an IT Business Analyst III, you will be part of the Business Analysis Department supporting Risk Management and Data Analytics teams. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, analytical thinking, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?

  • Partner with business stakeholders, risk management teams, and technology partners to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
  • Elicit and translate business needs into detailed functional requirements, user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria.
  • Facilitate workshops, backlog grooming sessions, requirements reviews, and solution design discussions.
  • Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for streamlining, automation, and operational efficiency.
  • Support the development and enhancement of enterprise credit risk reporting, analytics, and data management solutions.

What's Needed?

  • Strong experience in Business Analysis, Requirements Gathering, and Process Modeling.
  • Experience supporting Credit Risk, Risk Management, Financial Services, or Regulatory Reporting initiatives.
  • Expertise in Agile methodologies, Scrum, User Story development, and SDLC processes.
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
  • Experience performing data analysis, business process mapping, gap analysis, and impact assessments.
