Trade Settlement Analyst

Our client, a Financial Services organization, is seeking a Trade Operations Analyst to join their team. As a Trade Operations Analyst, you will be part of the Operations Department supporting Trade Operations, Middle Office, and Front Office teams. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and effective communication skills, which will align successfully in the organization.

Pay Range: $35/hour

What’s the Job?

• Process, validate, and settle trades across derivatives and other financial instruments.
• Monitor trade confirmations, allocations, and settlement activities while resolving trade exceptions.
• Reconcile trade activity with brokers, custodians, and counterparties to ensure accuracy.
• Collaborate with Front Office, Middle Office, and external stakeholders to resolve settlement issues.
• Support audits, compliance reporting, controls testing, and process improvement initiatives.

What’s Needed?

• Experience in Trade Operations, Settlements, or Middle Office functions.
• Strong understanding of the trade lifecycle and post-trade operations.
• Experience with DTCC, Bloomberg, SWIFT, or similar financial industry platforms.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial systems.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
