Our client is seeking a Project Coordinator to join their team. As a Project Coordinator, you will be part of the Innovation and Operations departments supporting product development and vendor management. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proactive communication, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?
- Conduct technical assessments of prototypes across various product categories, providing detailed feedback on performance metrics such as long wear, texture, and color payoff.
- Compare and evaluate competitive products against open development options, preparing comprehensive reports highlighting product benefits and differentiators.
- Organize and coordinate innovation meetings with metiers, presenting product benefits and technical insights effectively.
- Assist in preparing presentation decks and technical dossiers to support product development initiatives.
- Manage vendor conventions, follow-up on feedback, and facilitate sample requests and sample management activities domestically and internationally.
What's Needed?
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint for report preparation and presentation development.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills to coordinate with vendors, metiers, and cross-functional teams.
- Experience in product assessment or related fields is preferred.
- Ability to handle sample logistics and maintain detailed project trackers.
