Job Title:Digital Marketing Manager

Location:St. Louis, Missouri

What's the Job?

• Lead internal teams and external agency partners through integrated planning processes and tactical execution of paid media campaigns.
• Develop comprehensive end-to-end project plans and utilize project management tools to ensure timely delivery of brand campaigns and initiatives.
• Manage and guide teams through periods of uncertainty and change, fostering a culture of adaptability and continuous improvement.
• Engage stakeholders effectively by communicating progress, influencing decisions, and ensuring accountability for project deliverables.
• Prepare and present clear, objective project communications and escalate issues as needed to maintain project momentum.

What's Needed?

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in Business, Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in project or program management, agency roles, or cross-functional leadership positions.
• Strong knowledge of Media and Digital Marketing channels, including TV, Social Media, Audio platforms (e.g., Spotify), PR, Retail Media, Websites, and Search.
• Experience with content management and Agile project management methodologies is a plus.
• Proficiency with project management and content workflow tools such as Adobe Workfront, Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, or Trello.
