Program Manager Tech 2

Our client, a leading organization in the technology sector, is seeking a Program Manager to join their team. As a Program Manager, you will be part of the Project and Program Management department supporting partner onboarding, process automation, and operational efficiency initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Program Manager Tech 2

Location: Remote

Pay Range: $52/hr to $55/hr on W2

What's the Job?

• Manage the end-to-end partner workflow including application, onboarding, and validation processes
• Coordinate technical configuration requests and validate partner submissions against eligibility criteria
• Track agreement signatures and communicate status updates to partners
• Automate repetitive operational tasks using Power Automate and AI tools to improve efficiency
• Support lifecycle reviews, invoicing, and compliance activities to ensure smooth program operations

What's Needed?

• 3-5 years of experience in technical program management, partner operations, or technical account management
• Experience working with external partners or managing partner programs
• Proficiency in workflow automation platforms such as Power Automate or equivalent
• Ability to interpret technical documentation and API references for external developers
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with external audiences
