Our client, a leading organization in the technology and security sector, is seeking an Organizational Design Change Management Consultant to join their team. The ideal candidate will have strong strategic thinking, excellent stakeholder management skills, and a collaborative mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Organizational Design Change Management Consultant

Location: Remote

Pay Range: $55-60/hr DOE

What's the Job?

  • Diagnose how current organizational structures, workflows, and roles are impacting adoption and effectiveness
  • Design and implement new operating models that support AI-enabled, human-in-the-loop environments
  • Facilitate cross-functional stakeholder alignment and manage trade-offs across Security & Trust, Product, and IT teams
  • Develop change strategies that prioritize adoption, identify resistance early, and adapt to organizational dynamics
  • Partner with communication teams to shape messaging strategies and ensure alignment with change objectives

What's Needed?

  • 5-7 years of experience in change management, organizational design, or transformation consulting
  • Proven ability to diagnose organizational blockers and facilitate senior stakeholder decision-making under pressure
  • Strong systems-level problem solving and strategic thinking skills
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing abilities across various functions and levels
  • Familiarity with change frameworks (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR, Kotter) and organizational design principles.
