Medical Device Regulatory Affairs Associate

Our client, a leader in healthcare device regulation, is seeking a Regulatory Affairs Associate I to join their team. As a Regulatory Affairs Associate I, you will be part of the Regulatory Affairs department supporting global regulatory submission processes. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Regulatory Affairs Associate I

Location: REMOTE

Pay Range: $42/hr on w2

MUST HAVE MEDICAL DEVICE INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE

What's the Job?

  • Coordinate and prepare documentation for global regulatory submissions
  • Review and evaluate technical and scientific data supporting product registration
  • Maintain regulatory files in compliance with requirements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support project execution
  • Respond to regulatory authority questions and assist in preparing labeling and SOPs

What's Needed?

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant scientific discipline
  • Knowledge of USA and international device regulations, especially EU regulations
  • Experience with regulatory strategy development and working with external regulators (FDA, TUV)
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and project management skills
  • Proficiency with technical systems such as word processing, spreadsheets, and online research
