Our client, a leading organization in the healthcare industry, is seeking a Program Manager – Healthcare M&A to join their team. As a Program Manager – Healthcare M&A, you will be part of the Market Technology M&A team supporting technology integration and standardization across acquisitions and divestitures. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, critical thinking, and a passion for healthcare technology, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?

  • Lead technology integration and standardization efforts across multiple healthcare acquisitions and divestitures.
  • Oversee and mentor 2–4 Project Managers to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Manage budgets exceeding $1 million, including risk, dependencies, and governance.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams across Applications, Infrastructure, Interfaces, Security, and other technology areas.
  • Support both Day 1 workforce transition and Day 2 technology integration activities to ensure seamless operational continuity.

What's Needed?

  • 8+ years of Project/Program Management experience, with a focus on healthcare technology projects.
  • Experience managing large budgets ($1M+), with strong financial management skills.
  • Healthcare experience, especially inpatient settings, strongly preferred.
  • Experience with healthcare M&A, divestitures, EHR conversions, and large-scale technology integrations.
  • Proven leadership in managing multiple Project Managers and cross-functional teams.
