Our client, a leading organization in the financial services industry, is seeking a Data Management Analyst 4 to join their team. As a Data Management Analyst 4, you will be part of the Data & Analytics Department supporting enterprise data initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a collaborative mindset which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?
- Gather, document, and manage business and data requirements to support enterprise initiatives.
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, insights, and data quality issues.
- Perform data profiling, validation, and reconciliation activities to ensure data integrity.
- Translate business needs into actionable data and reporting requirements for technical teams.
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and facilitate business sign-off activities to ensure deliverables meet expectations.
What's Needed?
- Strong SQL and data analysis skills with experience working with large-scale data warehouses.
- Experience with GCP data environments, including BigQuery.
- Excellent requirements gathering and documentation skills.
- Experience with data quality, validation, and reporting processes.
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills to collaborate across teams.
