Our client, a leader in consumer products and quality assurance, is seeking a Laboratory Technician to join their team. As a Laboratory Technician, you will be part of the research and development department supporting quality control and product testing teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, adaptability, and excellent communication, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Laboratory Technician
Location: Maplewood, Minnesota (100% onsite)
Pay $ 18 to $22 p/h on w-2
Duration: 12 month contract
What's the Job?
- Perform physical and mechanical analyses and tests for research, development, or quality control of processes and products.
- Collaborate with multiple teams to complete prioritized testing across various test methods.
- Prepare materials and organize testing setups for product evaluation.
- Assist in laboratory experiments by testing and evaluating new materials and products based on research data.
- Conduct hands-on tests with multiple pieces of equipment and communicate results effectively.
What's Needed?
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to work from 8 AM to 4 PM, Monday through Friday.
- Experience with hands-on testing and laboratory procedures.
- Strong organizational skills, self-motivated, and results-driven attitude.
- Proficient hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
