Our client, Aerospace manufacturing is seeking a Aerospace Industrial Engineer to join their team. As a Aerospace Industrial Engineer, you will be part of the Manufacturing Operations supporting aircraft production and assembly. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical thinking, operational leadership, and problem-solving capability which will align successfully in the organization.

Location:Mobile, Alabama (ONSITE)

Pay Range: $40-43/hr

What's the Job?

  • Support the Final Assembly Line (FAL) and Completion Operations for aircraft manufacturing in Mobile, Alabama.
  • Drive operational performance by monitoring aircraft progression from assembly to completion phases.
  • Identify risks to schedule attainment, support recovery actions, and maintain adherence to production schedules.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Aircraft Managers, Production, Quality, and Engineering to ensure smooth aircraft flow.
  • Utilize digital tools and dashboards to track performance metrics and support continuous improvement initiatives.

What's Needed?

  • Bachelor's Degree in Industrial, Manufacturing, Aerospace, Mechanical, Operations Engineering, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in industrial engineering, manufacturing, production planning, or aerospace manufacturing.
  • Proficiency in production planning, capacity analysis, line balancing, and data analytics.
  • Experience with manufacturing systems such as SAP, MES, or Skywise is preferred.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and cross-functional communication skills.
