As a LAB Research Chemist/Physicist/Engineer IV, you will be an integral part of the research and development department supporting cross-functional teams. What's the Job?

  • Collaborate closely with subject matter experts to understand upcoming change requirements within Medical Device design documentation.
  • Partner with engineering teams to execute design changes effectively and efficiently.
  • Advance strategic initiatives and support special projects to improve laboratory operations and product development processes.
  • Develop and apply fundamental project management skills to support global laboratory activities.
  • Create and maintain accurate project tracking tools and status reports to ensure transparency and accountability.

What's Needed?

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in a science or engineering discipline from an accredited institution.
  • Experience with design assurance, Design Control, or Change Management in product engineering environments.
  • Excellent communication skills (written, oral, and presentation) and proficiency with relevant systems.
  • Ability to work independently with limited supervision, prioritizing responsibilities effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail, ensuring high accuracy in all work outputs.
