Financial Services Manager

Our client, a leader in the transportation and tolling industry, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Financial Services Manager to join their team. As a Financial Services Manager, you will be part of the Operations department supporting tolling programs and financial operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, proactive problem-solving, and excellent communication abilities, which will align successfully within the organization.

What's the Job?

• Lead daily project financial operations supporting toll transaction processing and billing activities.
• Manage toll authority account funding, payment scheduling, and account balance monitoring.
• Oversee accounts receivable activities, invoice validation, collections support, and payment application processes.
• Develop financial procedures supporting operational scalability, accuracy, and compliance.
• Partner with Operations and Customer Service teams to resolve complex account and billing issues.

What's Needed?

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or related field.
• 7+ years of progressively responsible experience in finance, accounting, financial operations, reconciliation, revenue management, or settlement operations.
• Experience managing high-volume transaction environments.
• Strong understanding of GAAP and financial controls.
• Advanced reconciliation and financial analysis skills.
