Our client, a leading organization in clinical research, is seeking a Clinical Trial Manager to join their team. As a Clinical Trial Manager, you will be part of the Clinical Operations department supporting project teams. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, excellent organizational skills, and effective communication abilities, which will align successfully in the organization.

Pay Range:$58.26-64.00
What's the Job?
- Manage all clinical operational and quality aspects of allocated studies, ensuring compliance with ICH GCP standards.
- Develop and implement clinical tools such as Monitoring Plans and Guidelines in collaboration with the Data Quality Plan.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to meet project deliverables, timelines, and quality standards.
- Oversee study start-up activities, including ethics submissions and regulatory documentation.
- Monitor clinical trial progress, review monitoring visit reports, and manage query resolution to ensure contractual obligations are met.
What's Needed?
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent with relevant academic or vocational qualifications.
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in clinical trial management or related roles.
- Familiarity with clinical monitoring practices, ICH GCP, FDA guidelines, and regulatory compliance.
- Strong leadership, planning, and organizational skills with the ability to motivate teams.
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, with proficiency in English.
