Our client, a leading organization in clinical research, is seeking a dedicated Clinical Trial Manager to join their team. As a Clinical Trial Manager, you will be an integral part of the Clinical Operations department supporting project teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, excellent organizational skills, and effective communication, which will align successfully in the organization.

Location: Chapel Hill, NC

Pay Range:58.26-64.00 per hour

What's the Job?

  • Manage all clinical operational and quality aspects of allocated studies, ensuring compliance with ICH GCP standards.
  • Develop and implement clinical tools such as Monitoring Plans and Guidelines, contributing to the Master Action Plan (MAP).
  • Coordinate study start-up activities, including ethics and regulatory submissions, ensuring timely and accurate documentation.
  • Lead and motivate clinical teams, ensuring project timelines, resources, and quality standards are maintained.
  • Monitor clinical trial progress, review monitoring visit reports, and manage data collection and query resolution to meet contractual obligations.

What's Needed?

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent with relevant academic or vocational qualifications.
  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in clinical trial management or related roles.
  • Strong knowledge of ICH GCP, FDA guidelines, and clinical monitoring practices.
  • Excellent leadership, planning, and organizational skills with the ability to adapt to changing environments.
  • Effective communication skills in English, both written and oral, with proficiency in using automated systems such as Outlook, Excel, and Word.
