Our client is seeking a dedicated and experienced Technology Risk Leader to join their dynamic team. As a Technology Risk Leader, you will be an integral part of the Risk Management Department supporting cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to risk management, which will enable you to thrive within our inclusive and innovative environment.

What's the Job?

  • Lead and oversee comprehensive technology risk engagement initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and industry standards.
  • Manage multiple workstreams related to the ETS Risk Posture Framework and KCI design for key technology controls.
  • Provide strategic guidance on technology controls, risk frameworks, and governance to senior stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with cross-disciplinary teams including risk advisory, data, and technical implementation to deliver high-quality results.
  • Ensure timely delivery of milestones, manage dependencies, and oversee change control processes to maintain project integrity.

What's Needed?

  • Extensive experience leading technology-risk, cybersecurity-risk, GRC, or controls consulting engagements.
  • Proven track record managing complex fixed-fee programs with multiple stakeholders and deliverables.
  • Deep understanding of technology controls, risk frameworks, and technical implementation processes.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and facilitation skills to engage with executive leadership and teams.
  • Experience working within regulated financial organizations or similar environments.
