Our client, a leading organization in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a Business Analyst to join their team. As a Business Analyst, you will be part of the Manufacturing Support Department supporting production and quality teams. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?

  • Gather and document requirements related to manufacturing processes, quality management, and regulatory compliance.
  • Facilitate workshops with manufacturing, quality, and production planning teams to optimize workflows.
  • Analyze current state processes, including paper batch records and manual signatures, and recommend improvements.
  • Support integration activities between manufacturing execution systems (MES), SAP S/4HANA, and other enterprise systems.
  • Assist in configuring and testing electronic batch records, shop floor control, and work instruction systems.

What's Needed?

  • Experience with process manufacturing and/or discrete manufacturing environments.
  • Knowledge of Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), Electronic Batch Records (EBR), and shop floor control.
  • Understanding of SAP S/4HANA integration, including process orders, BOMs, and batch management.
  • Strong skills in requirements gathering, process mapping, and workshop facilitation.
  • Ability to document current and future state processes effectively.
