    Position: Economic Systems Support Specialist (Excel SME)
    Location: Washington, DC (metro accessible)
    Duration: Long Term Contract
    Hybrid: Requires 3-days/week Onsite

    Skills/1-3 Years' Experience:

    • Troubleshoots and resolves software issues pertaining to standard economic applications and packages, including providing hot-line support
    • Creates Excel macros for individual users and/or for company-wide use
    • Tests new releases of standard applications and software packages prior to deployment
    • Writes user-oriented tutorials on software, hardware, and applications
    • Expert knowledge of Microsoft Excel
    • Comprehensive knowledge of the use of personal computer operating systems and utilities in an enterprise network environment
    • Familiarity with macroeconomic data concepts and terminology is desirable
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
    • Must have initiative and ability to work under minimal supervision
    • Ability to work as part of a team
    • Good problem-solving abilities
