Our client, a leading organization in the industry, is seeking an ERP Developer - Workday to join their dynamic team. As an ERP Developer - Workday, you will be an integral part of the HR and Payroll support team, contributing to the development and maintenance of critical payroll functionalities. What's the Job?

  • Configure, develop, test, and maintain Workday Payroll functionality, integrations, reports, and business processes based on organizational requirements.
  • Troubleshoot payroll system issues, perform root-cause analysis, and implement reliable solutions while supporting data accuracy and payroll operations.
  • Partner with Payroll, HR, Finance, IT, and other stakeholders to gather requirements, document solutions, and deliver Workday enhancements.
  • Support ongoing system testing, updates, and production support to ensure seamless payroll operations.
  • Maintain compliance with organizational policies and industry standards related to payroll processing and data security.

What's Needed?

  • Workday Payroll certification.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience developing, configuring, or supporting Workday Payroll solutions.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of Workday Payroll business processes, integrations, reporting, testing, and production support.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with a focus on data accuracy and system reliability.
