Responsibilities :
The client is a company specializing in diversified financial services with a focus on innovative banking solutions and customer-centric products.
As a Product Owner, you will be responsible for driving the vision for the product by being the voice of the customer and following a human-centered design approach. You will shape and manage the product roadmap and product backlog, ensuring the product team consistently delivers on the client's needs and wants. Your role involves validating and testing ideas through recurrent feedback loops to ensure knowledge discovery informs timely direction changes. You are expected to be a subject matter expert, collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively, take responsibility for team decisions, engage with multiple teams, contribute to key decisions, and provide solutions to problems within your immediate team and across multiple teams. Advanced proficiency in Product Innovation Strategy is required. Advanced proficiency in Spring Boot is recommended. Lead the development and refinement of product features by integrating customer feedback and market trends. Coordinate cross-functional teams to align product goals with business objectives and technical capabilities. Analyze product performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation. Facilitate clear communication between stakeholders to ensure transparency and shared understanding of product progress. Champion a culture of continuous learning and adaptation within the product team to enhance delivery quality and responsiveness.
