Our client, a leader in enterprise support and technology services, is seeking a Production Support Analyst to join their team. As a Production Support Analyst, you will be part of the Operations Department supporting the high-visibility support team. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?
- Provide Level 3 production support for enterprise applications and services supporting the ServiceNow environment.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents impacting production systems and dependent services.
- Support data movement and integration processes across multiple platforms and applications.
- Execute and monitor scheduled jobs, including AutoSys workloads, ensuring successful completion and timely issue resolution.
- Partner with support teams and stakeholders to resolve production issues while maintaining system integrity and compliance.
What's Needed?
- Experience in Production Support, Application Support, Technical Operations, or a related support engineering role.
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical problem-solving skills.
- Experience supporting enterprise applications in a production environment.
- Familiarity with incident, change, and problem management processes.
- Ability to independently evaluate requests and push back when proper controls or approvals are not present.
