Our client, a leader in medical technology, is seeking a dedicated and skilled Field Service Engineer to join their team. As a Field Service Engineer, you will be an essential part of the service support team, ensuring the optimal performance of high-quality medical device systems. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong troubleshooting skills, excellent communication, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.

Location: Denver, CO
Duration: 12 Month
Local to Denver, CO (Remote - Up to 80% domestic travel is required for this role and candidate will need to pay for travel expenses up front and be reimbursed.)

What's the Job?

  • Perform proper installation, maintenance, and testing of medical device systems and components in the field.
  • Conduct hardware and software upgrades, handle service repair calls, and complete scheduled preventive maintenance.
  • Maintain accurate service records and submit them to the Quality Management System.
  • Manage travel schedules efficiently and communicate effectively based on weekly plans.
  • Support company initiatives related to quality, environmental management, and regulatory compliance.

What's Needed?

  • Associates or technical degree required; relevant experience is also acceptable.
  • Exceptional troubleshooting and mechanical assembly skills.
  • Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Previous experience in a medical device environment is preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently and within a team.
