Our client, a leading organization in healthcare technology and services, is seeking a Service Delivery Manager to join their team. As a Service Delivery Manager, you will be part of the project team supporting large-scale technology transitions and organizational change initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong stakeholder management, excellent communication skills, and a collaborative mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?
- Lead technology transition and divestiture initiatives between organizations.
- Serve as the primary liaison with leadership and key stakeholders during project execution.
- Develop, maintain, and execute comprehensive project plans supporting device, service, and technology asset migration.
- Coordinate and oversee onsite technical resources supporting transition efforts.
- Monitor project milestones, risks, dependencies, and deliverables, providing regular updates to leadership and stakeholders.
What's Needed?
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Service Delivery Management, Project Management, or related fields.
- Experience leading complex technology transition, migration, or operational initiatives.
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work primarily onsite in Detroit, Michigan.
