Our client, a leading organization in the financial services industry, is seeking a Change Implementation Consultant 3 - Contingent to join their team. As a Change Implementation Consultant 3 - Contingent, you will be part of the Revenue Management Transformation Department supporting cross-functional teams including Sales, Product, Technology, Operations, and Risk/Controls. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?

  • Design and execute sales rollout plans, including pilots, phased deployments, and training programs.
  • Log and track defects and enhancements during functional testing, ensuring timely resolution.
  • Build comprehensive user onboarding journeys, including personas, curricula, and support assets.
  • Support migration planning from legacy systems to new platforms, ensuring data readiness and controls.
  • Establish adoption KPIs, dashboards, and feedback mechanisms to monitor and improve user engagement.

What's Needed?

  • 4-6+ years of experience in large-scale change management or transformation initiatives within financial services.
  • Proficiency in agile execution, requirements management, and testing processes.
  • Solid understanding of treasury operations, global payments, and liquidity management.
  • Experience managing vendor relationships and leading cross-functional initiatives with technology and operations teams.
  • Strong data analysis skills, including Excel, SQL, or BI tools, and experience building KPI dashboards.
