Recruiter I (Public Sector)

Our client, a leading organization in the global sales and Public Sector support industry, is seeking a Sourcing Recruiter I (Public Sector) to join their team. As a Recruiter I, you will be part of the Talent Acquisition Department supporting high-volume security clearance recruiting for diverse teams. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, the ability to work independently, and a strong commitment to diversity and inclusion, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Recruiter I (Public Sector)

Location: Seattle, WA (100% Onsite)

Pay Range: $28-31/hr.

Job Type: 11-month contract with the potential for hire/extension

Schedule: M-F 9am-5pm

What's the Job?

• Manage the full recruitment cycle for high-volume security clearance roles, including intake, sourcing, screening, and onboarding.
• Utilize ATS systems such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Hire ATS, and Clearance Jobs to source and evaluate candidates effectively.
• Conduct interviews, check references, and extend offers to qualified candidates.
• Collaborate with a geographically dispersed team to meet hiring goals and ensure a seamless candidate experience.
• Maintain compliance with security and confidentiality requirements for sensitive roles.

What's Needed?

• 1-4 years' experience of corporate recruiting experience
• US Citizenship required to support cleared recruiting, solution architect or sales candidates
• Public Sector recruiting experience sourcing cleared candidates *Public Sector experience a big plus but not required
• Recent experience using AI tools and modern ATS systems, especially LinkedIn Recruiter and Hire ATS.
• Ability to work independently with a globally dispersed team, demonstrating strong organizational skills.
• Experience handling corporate candidates and managing high-volume requisitions (20+ reqs).
