Senior Power Platform Developer

Our direct client is seeking a Senior Power Platform Developer to join their team. As a Senior Power Platform Developer, you will be part of the Business Applications & Digital Solutions team supporting cross-functional business stakeholders and enterprise technology teams. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving abilities, excellent stakeholder communication skills, and a collaborative mindset that will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Senior Power Platform Developer

Location: Hybrid (Redmond, WA Preferred)

Pay Range: $60-65/Hour 

What's the Job?

• Design, develop, and maintain Power Apps solutions (Canvas and Model-Driven Apps) to support business operations and process improvements.
• Build and enhance Power Automate workflows to streamline business processes and integrate enterprise systems.
• Develop and optimize Azure SQL database objects including stored procedures, views, functions, and complex queries.
• Create impactful Power BI dashboards and reports that provide actionable business insights.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, troubleshoot issues, and deliver scalable Power Platform solutions.

What's Needed?

• 10+ years of professional experience in software development, business applications, or related technical roles.
• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven Apps) and Power Automate.
• Advanced SQL programming experience, including stored procedures, views, functions, and performance optimization.
• Experience developing Power BI reports and dashboards and integrating solutions with Azure SQL.
• Prior Microsoft experience required, along with knowledge of Power Platform governance, security, and application lifecycle management (ALM).
