Our client, a leading organization in the healthcare industry, is seeking a Customer Service Representative III to join their team. As a Customer Service Representative III, you will be part of the Customer Support Department supporting order management and client relations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Customer Service Representative III
Location: REMOTE (must reside in the US )
Pay Range: $18 to $23 p/h
What's the Job?
- Handle order entry, order status updates, and product information inquiries
- Manage complaints, pricing, shipping, and inventory requests and issues
- Communicate clearly and professionally with external customers and internal personnel via telephone and written correspondence
- Worklist management including raising internal tickets to address order management, shipping/tracking, product inquiries, and invoicing issues
- Manage the customer order process from entry to delivery ensuring customer satisfaction
What's Needed?
- Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited institution, or HS Diploma with 6 years of customer service experience
- Minimum of 3 years of customer service experience in private, public, government, or military environments
- Experience with ERP systems is a plus
- Previous healthcare customer service experience is advantageous
- Self-motivated with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and with external clients
