Our client, a leading organization in the financial services industry, is seeking a Workday Compensation Consultant to join their team. As a Workday Compensation Consultant, you will be part of the Human Resources department supporting Compensation and Advanced Compensation initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a collaborative mindset, which will align successfully within the organization.
Job Title: Workday Compensation Consultant
Location: Minneapolis, MN and Charlotte, NC
Pay Range: 54 - 56/hr
What's the Job?
- Lead analysis and design of automated merit increase enhancements within Workday Compensation Review (Advanced Compensation).
- Partner with stakeholders to capture requirements, design solutions, and develop proof-of-concept configurations.
- Document and communicate business processes, requirements, data flows, and user experiences through clear artifacts.
- Drive planning, coordination, configuration, and testing activities to ensure successful product delivery and implementation.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives within the Compensation environment to enhance user experience and operational efficiency.
What's Needed?
- Experience with Workday Compensation and Advanced Compensation configuration.
- Knowledge of business requirement documentation and end-to-end testing processes.
- Ability to partner effectively with stakeholders and communicate technical concepts clearly.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working in a collaborative team environment with a focus on delivering scalable solutions.
