Operational Excellence Facilitator

Our client, a leading organization in the manufacturing industry, is seeking an Operational Excellence Facilitator to join their team. As an Operational Excellence Facilitator, you will be part of the Operations Department supporting continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing processes. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong collaboration skills, proactive problem-solving abilities, and a passion for driving organizational excellence, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?

  • Support and facilitate Operational Excellence and Continuous Improvement programs across the site
  • Partner with Operations, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, and Leadership teams to identify and execute improvement initiatives
  • Facilitate workshops, Kaizen events, and team meetings focused on process improvements
  • Assist with development and delivery of Operational Excellence training programs
  • Maintain visual management boards, performance metrics, and engagement tracking tools

What's Needed?

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years of experience in Operational Excellence, Continuous Improvement, Lean Manufacturing, Quality Systems, or related field
  • Experience facilitating meetings, workshops, or improvement initiatives
  • Strong organizational and project coordination skills
  • Excellent communication and relationship building abilities
