Our client, a leading healthcare organization, is seeking a Epic Beacon Clincial Informatics to join their team. As a Epic Beacon Clincial Informatics you will be part of the Clinical Support Department supporting Oncology and Clinical Operations teams. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a proactive approach, and a collaborative mindset which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Epic Beacon Clincial Informatics

Location: Chicago, Illinois

What's the Job?

  • Develop and maintain Epic Beacon treatment plans to ensure clinical accuracy and compliance.
  • Review oncology treatment plans regularly to align with NCCN Guidelines and institutional standards.
  • Collaborate with oncologists, pharmacists, nursing, and informatics teams to optimize workflows and system use.
  • Support provider onboarding, personalization, and training for Epic Beacon applications.
  • Conduct onsite clinical support, troubleshoot issues, and recommend process improvements to enhance patient care and provider satisfaction.

What's Needed?

  • Minimum of 2 years of Oncology Clinical Informatics experience.
  • Illinois Registered Nurse License with at least 2 years of Oncology RN experience.
  • Epic Beacon Certification and hands-on experience with Epic Beacon Treatment Plans.
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related healthcare field.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
