Our client, a leading organization in the public service sector, is seeking a Project Manager III to join their team. As a Project Manager III, you will be part of the Child Support Modernization Department supporting project management initiatives for the Wisconsin Child Support program. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully in the organization.

Pay Range: $65

What's the Job?

  • Provide project management services to support the modernization efforts of the Wisconsin Child Support program.
  • Coordinate and oversee project activities across multiple teams to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
  • Work closely with business stakeholders to document requirements, analyze processes, and develop design deliverables.
  • Manage project documentation, including status reports, risk assessments, and change management plans.
  • Support testing activities, including executing and documenting the Test Deck for IV-D system Certification.

What's Needed?

  • 8+ years of experience in application development and support project management, supporting large systems such as health, human services, insurance, or banking.
  • At least 3+ years of experience with system modernization projects.
  • 10+ years of experience working with business customers to document requirements, analysis, and design deliverables.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Experience with systems development lifecycle and project management tools like Azure DevOps or JIRA is a plus.
